When I was young, perhaps 8 years old, I remember asking this question in a way that I was trying to test if I had a gift:
"Who are the enemies of the United States?", I asked.
I was expecting a red-colored flag such as the USSR or perhaps "communism", but instead a saw a word, black and white:
"Barack"
I thought, why is barrack misspelled? I imagined that it must be a representation of some shelter in a war, but I had no idea of its meaning.
Then I saw another word, black on white:
"FEMA"
When this concluded, I asked my mom what FEMA meant, assuming it must be some sort of women's organization. She said she had no idea what it meant.
I now conclude that FEMA and Barack are our enemies.
